Total number of close cycles count.

Total number of open cycles count.

Total number of drive sleeve revolutions.

Subparameter STROKE_TIME

Length of time of last actuator operation.

DEVIATION

Float value to display the deviation between setpoint and

present value. Range: 0 to 100%.

Record provides support for monitoring the supply voltage and

frequency.

Supply voltage.

Subparameter FREQUENCY

Supply frequency.

Record provides support for monitoring the device compart-

ment temperature.

Device compartment temperature value, unit as speciﬁed by the

Unit for the device compartment temperature value,

1=Centigrade, 2=Fahrenheit and 4=Kelvin.

MOTOR_TEMPERATURE

Record provides support for monitoring the motor temperature.

Motor temperature value, unit as speciﬁed by the UNIT

subparameter.
